- 2022 Broad Brush Cabernet Franc from Paso Robles: Sourced from the rolling hills of Paso Robles, this Cabernet Franc offers aromas of ripe plum, blackberry, and crushed herbs. The palate shows vibrant red fruit, black tea, and sage, framed by fine tannins and a smooth, elegant finish.
- 2022 Broad Brush Cabernet Sauvignon from Spring Mountain: From a historic Napa estate, this Cabernet reveals black currant, violet, graphite, and black tea, lifted by the mountain’s signature minerality. Layered and refined, it shows fine tannins, bright acidity, and a long, elegant finish.

Domaine Roses Camille: The Cult Kosher Pomerol
Domaine Roses Camille is a jewel of the Right Bank—an ultra-boutique, family-owned estate in Pomerol producing some of the most sought-after kosher wines in the world. Its treasured, single-hectare vineyard, averaging 90 years in age, lies on rare blue clay soils just meters from icons like Pétrus, La Violette, and Clos L’Eglise. The site is planted predominantly to heirloom Merlot clones—some over a century old—with a touch of Cabernet Franc, resulting in wines of profound structure and depth.
Winemaker Christophe Bardeau, who grew up among these vines, carries forward a generational legacy. He farms organically, plows by horse, and crafts every wine with a deep reverence for the land. His commitment to quality is absolute: there are no separate kosher and non-kosher batches. Every bottle of Grand Vin is made 100% kosher, with zero compromise—an unprecedented stance at this level of Bordeaux winemaking.
The estate first stunned the wine world when its inaugural 2005 vintage received 95 points from the late critic Daniel Rogov, who declared it “the best kosher Bordeaux ever.” Since then, Domaine Roses Camille has quietly earned cult status, often dubbed the “DRC of kosher wine” for its rarity, pedigree, and cellar-worthiness. Today, it remains one of the only fully kosher wineries in Bordeaux, and a cornerstone of serious kosher wine collections.

Joshua Klapper was a restaurant sommelier at the top of his career, when he fell in love with winemaking and moved to the Central Coast. He was immediately drawn to Burgundian and Bordeaux varieties that echoed the greatness of these classic regions. At the suggestion of his father, he began to experiment with the production of kosher wine, and the results speak for themselves. Rooted in Gevrey-Chambertin and winemaking tradition since 1813, Domaine Jean-Philippe Marchand brings generations of Burgundian excellence to the kosher wine world. In 2017, a pioneering collaboration with Liquid Kosher and Moise Taieb launched a new era—introducing the first consistently produced, high-quality kosher Burgundy wines.
Marchand’s portfolio includes expressive Pinot Noirs and a landmark Meursault Chardonnay—the first kosher release from this famed appellation in nearly 20 years. These wines are crafted in a dedicated kosher winery in Nuits-Saint-Georges—the first of its kind in the region—using traditional low-intervention methods and indigenous yeasts. From Bourgogne and Hautes-Côtes to Gevrey-Chambertin, Pommard, and Premier Cru terroirs, each bottling showcases the soul of Burgundy: layered aromatics, fine structure, and unmistakable terroir expression.

Jean-Philippe Marchand is a respected winery that has been in the Burgundy region for generations. The winery has dedicated specific family owned vineyards across the region to consistent kosher production since 2017. Starting with four different wines in 2017, Marchand added two more in 2019, including the first Meursault (Chardonnay) produced in kosher for almost 20 years. More exciting and top quality vineyards were added with the 2021 and 2022 harvests. Liquid Kosher is the exclusive partner with Jean-Philippe Marchand in pushing the envelope of kosher Burgundy wines, with more new wines to come in 2023.

Itay Lahat has been a major behind the scenes player in the Israeli wine industry for over 20 years, working many for established and upstart wineries. With his passion for the terroir of Israel, specifically the Western Galilee region, Itay felt it was finally time to channel his farming and winemaking expertise into a winery under his own name. These wines are all small production, highly sought after wines, and are all extremely well regarded amongst American and Israeli (non-kosher) wine critics.
