Audacedu Petit Moulin

Mevushal CRC Certified Bordeaux

The first mevushal release from Christophe Bardeau, owner of the only fully kosher winery in France.

First Mevushal Bordeaux Concrete Fermented Sandy-Gravel Soils

A widening of the range, not the bar.

Domaine Roses Camille sits on a single hectare in Pomerol, its rows pressed against the boundary stones of Pétrus. Christophe Bardeau, owner of the only fully kosher winery in France, has spent decades on this corner of Pomerol making some of the most serious kosher Bordeaux in France.

Audace du Petit Moulin is his first mevushal release, and a deliberate widening of the range. Designed with freshness and purity at the center, this wine was fermented in concrete vessels on sandy-gravel soils and finished in oak, resulting in a wine that is elegant and expressive.

Fully CRC certified, Audace is a natural fit for the simcha, the holiday meal, and the restaurant by-the-glass list, carried by the hand of an expert Bordeaux winemaker in an approachable format.

From a single hectare, neighbour to Pétrus.

CRCMevushal
Soft and fruit-forward on the entry, with subtle earth and a quiet graphite line beneath. Fine tannins, integrated acidity, and a clean, mineral finish that lingers without weight. Drinks like serious Bordeaux.
CRC Kashrus certification mark
Fully CRC certified. The mevushal status was never an afterthought; the wine was built to retain its composure through the process.
