The Spring Cellar Club Release

Spring always feels like the right time for a Spring Cellar Club release that offers real depth, perspective, and variety. This box is a lineup built around pedigree, drinkability, and insider access.

As we look toward Passover 2026, this selection reflects the high standards we apply to the Liquid Kosher portfolio. There is classic Bordeaux character here, a standout new white from one of our favorite producers, and another compelling Burgundy from a series that has continued to impress at every turn.

2023 Dame de Baladoz | Saint-Émilion Grand Cru

The 2023 Dame de Baladoz is a particularly meaningful addition to our portfolio. It comes from Château Tour Baladoz, a property that was significantly elevated within the Saint-Émilion classification. Made by Jean-Michel Garcion—whose experience crafting top-tier kosher wine spans more than twenty-five years—this is exactly the kind of release we wait for.
The 2023 vintage was classic, marked by abundant sunshine that allowed the fruit to ripen smoothly and evenly. The result is a Merlot-based wine with beautiful fruit expression, excellent balance, rich concentration, and a freshness that gives the wine both energy and harmony.

2025 Timbre White Blend | California

The 2025 Timbre White Blend marks our second white blend from Timbre, and this one is a serious standout. A barrel-fermented blend of 75% Chardonnay and 25% Sauvignon Blanc, it opens with vibrant notes of crisp green apple, ripe pear, and hints of winter citrus.
The oak influence is subtle and elegant, lending dimension without heaviness. This wine is “crushable” and generously textured, with a restraint that feels almost Chablis-like. It is highly drinkable now—just chill it down and let the magic happen.
“This Spring box offers bottles with real pedigree, distinctive personality, and the kind of quality that makes each release exciting.”

2023 J-P Marchand Hautes-Côtes de Beaune

The 2023 J-P Marchand Hautes-Côtes de Beaune closes out the Marchand 2023 series on a high note. This lovely Pinot Noir offers a more approachable expression of the grape, showing beautiful balance and purity. It carries the “pure Pinot power” we love, with a poise and character that make these Marchand wines so satisfying to follow vintage after vintage.

2023 Pavillon Rotonde Bordeaux | Mevushal

The 2023 Pavillon Rotonde Bordeaux perfectly captures the hidden-value appeal we love. Composed of a classic Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot blend, it delivers a fresh attack and a rich, structured palate.
What makes this wine especially fun is that it has quietly become a favorite on the wine lists of the country’s top kosher steakhouses and high-end Passover programs. It is Mevushal, perfect for hosting and everyday enjoyment alike—a professional’s “backstage pass” wine that we are thrilled to bring to our members.
Taken together, this Spring Cellar Club release is a strong expression of what the club is designed to do: offer pedigree and personality in every bottle. These are wines that remind me why building these boxes is so much fun in the first place.
With Great Appreciation,
Andrew
