The 2022 vintage for Burgundy Pinot Noir has been heralded as exceptional, with vintners and critics alike lauding its quality and potential. According to Decanter, the weather conditions throughout the growing season were near ideal, characterized by a mild spring and a warm, dry summer, allowing the grapes to achieve optimal ripeness while maintaining balanced acidity. Wine Spectator reports that many producers in Burgundy experienced healthy yields, with grapes exhibiting excellent phenolic ripeness and intense flavor concentration. This combination of factors has resulted in wines with remarkable depth, complexity, and aging potential. 2022 J-P Marchand Hautes Cotes de Nuits Burgundy
The 2022 Marchand Hautes Cotes de Nuits Pinot Noir embodies Burgundy’s tradition, offering red berries, florals, and earthiness. Velvety tannins and a graceful structure lead to a lasting finish, celebrating Burgundian craftsmanship.
2022 J-P Marchand Aloxe Corton Burgundy
